Take Action
There are many ways to be involved with the National Coalition for LGBT Health.
Joining: The Coalition is only as strong as its membership. Currently, over sixty organizations and over a hundred individuals have pledged their support to the work and mission of the Coalition. Becoming a member of the Coalition not only shows your strong support for advancing the health and well-being of the LGBT community, but also provides you with a high level of access to setting the Coalition’s agenda, receiving technical assistance and reduced rates for all Coalition events. If you are interested in joining, please contact the Coalition.
Meetings: The Coalition currently holds one annual membership meeting. This meeting is traditionally held in Washington, DC in order to maximize our members’ voices on Capitol Hill and with federal agencies. These meetings are open to members and nonmembers of the Coalition. The meetings offer a chance to network with other people concerned about LGBT health, advocacy opportunities and trainings. If you would like to attend or present at the conference, please contact the Coalition.
Updates: The Coalition send out bi-monthly updates. The Update is the latest information on research, agency and legislative happenings, ways to be involved with the Coalition, job openings and funding opportunities. To receive the Update, please email the Coalition.
Thank you for your support!
